My name is Joshua Weaver, aka ABBU (Anointed Beats Brotha Unique). I am a teacher who is passionate about what dance can bring to the world: peace in struggle, joy from tears. I want you to see that you are unique and should move your own way. Movement is my purpose and I am climbing a mountain of experiences to reach fulfillment of my dreams. I am a praise dance and hip-hop instructor and I also shoot and edit dance video and commercials. I teach dance workshops for teens at Hargraves and Street Scene Teen Center. I also have performed at Smith Middle School, Chapel Hill High, East Chapel Hill High, and Ephesus Elementary. I taught with Chapel Hill/Carrboro City Schools for 6 years, at Smith, Scroggs, and McDougal Middle School. I have worked with children with autism for many years.
