Creative Camps Camper Agreement
Parent Agreement:
I wish for my child to attend CC as a camper, and I have discussed the camp rules and character values with my child.
My child and I both agree to follow the rules and practice the values, and understand that the refund policy is: no refund is given if the child is removed from the camp for disciplinary reasons.
I understand that if my child has special needs, I need to share them with the staff, who are trained and experienced in dealing with a wide range of behaviors. However, if my child requires more attention than staff can fairly provide in a summer camp setting, I will provide assistance for the teacher to ensure a successful camp experience for all of the children. Further, if my child has special needs that cannot reasonably be accommodated in a short summer camp experience, I may be asked to remove my child from the program.
Camper Agreement:
- I will follow the rules of the summer camp, and practice kindness, respect, responsibility, and honesty while I am a camper.
- I understand my instructors will also practice kindness, respect, responsibility, and honesty while they teach me lots of cool stuff.
- I am accountable for my own behavior and making positive choices for everybody. I am also accountable for any poor choices I make that make learning less fun for everybody.
- I have thought about and discussed with my parents the values of kindness, respect, responsibility, and honesty. If I can’t follow the rules or practice kindness, respect, responsibility, and honesty, I will be removed from camp, without a refund, to protect the positive experience of the other campers.
